Some products exist because of a gap in the market. Stiqq exists because of a gap in our lives.

In 2005, my wife survived a severe accident in the Moroccan desert. It changed everything . Her body became deeply sensitive to what she ate. The last years, I was fighting my own battle: a relentless, triple-marathon stretch in my professional life. We both needed clarity, energy, and resilience. Traditional food, especially processed bread, wasn't giving us any of that.

We had already banned alcohol, now next step we started eliminating gluten. And, OMG that was hard for the bread lover I was. We felt sharper, fresher, more capable of facing what life was throwing at us. But every gluten-free alternative we found was either junk dressed up in health claims, or food so bland it felt like punishment.

"Bored of eating cardboard-tasting bread substitutes full of junk, I started looking for something real."

The brief I set myself was uncompromising: gluten-free, real food, no sugar, no conservatives, the right balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fat : a natural carrier for the magnesium and minerals we needed. And it had to be effortless to eat, easy to carry everywhere.

What started as a kind of bread slowly evolved into something new. A stick. A bar. Stiqq.

The hardest part wasn't the recipe, it was preservation. The vision was simple but demanding: always available in the car, on the go, in the kitchen. No freezer. No artificial preservatives. Ever.

I knew the solution could be natural. What I didn't know was that it would take almost two full years to crack it. To keep that sof inside, crunchy outside option. We worked with the right people, surrounded ourselves with knowledge, and kept going. Then, on April 12th, 2026, we broke the code, using nothing but physical laws and real ingredients. No E-numbers. Just food we eat ourselves every single day.

We didn't make Stiqq to sell a product. We made it because we needed it and because we believed others did too. Every ingredient is something we would eat ourselves. Because we do.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "General Terms and Conditions") apply to the contractual relationship between the company incorporated under Belgian law, Stiqq BELGIUM SA, having its registered office at Nachtegaalstraat 198, 1501 Buizingen, registered at the CBE under number BE1033.691.386, active under the brand name Stiqq BV hereinafter referred to as "Stiqq BV" and the "Client" who meets the definition of "consumer" within the meaning of the Code of Economic Law, posted on www.Stiqq.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.2 The object of these Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions of the online sale of products marketed by Stiqq on its Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Products").
1.3 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for Products (hereinafter referred to as the "Order(s)").
1.4 Stiqq reserves the right to adapt or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to a sale shall be the one posted on www.Stiqq.com at the time of the Order.
ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE, VALIDITY, AND TERM OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 Contracting with Stiqq BV entails full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, excluding any other document.
2.2 Online acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions is confirmed by a compulsory checkbox process when finalizing the Order on the Website.
2.3 The Customer may consult, save, and print the General Terms and Conditions from the Website. If this cannot be done due to technical problems, a request to receive the General Terms and Conditions may be sent by email to hello@Stiqq.com.
2.4 These General Terms and Conditions are in force as of 15/01/2026.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE
3.1 The Products offered for sale are those described on the Website on the day the Customer consults it, within the limits of available stocks. These indications are updated automatically. Stiqq shall not be held liable for any error in the update or the cancellation of an order due to stock exhaustion.
3.2 Stiqq takes utmost care in the presentation and description of its Products to provide the Customer with the best possible information. However, material errors may appear on the Website, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.
3.3 Stiqq does not guarantee the accuracy of the information obtained through the Website. The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the products are for informational purposes only and shall not render Stiqq liable. Photographs may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting.
3.4 Some items shown on the Website are not for sale and are presented as part of photographic compositions. Stiqq BV undertakes no commitment regarding their availability for sale.
3.5 The Customer may receive a previously returned item as a result of an Order. Stiqq BV accepts the return only of undamaged and unworn Products, and these conditions will be checked before the returned Products are restocked.
ARTICLE 4 - PLACING AN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE
4.1 The Customer declares that they are of legal age (at least 18 years old) or have authorization from their parents or guardians to place an order on the Website. The Customer also declares that (i) they are fully entitled to use the means of payment used to pay for the Order and (ii) these means of payment have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of the Products.
Creation of Customer Account
4.2 To facilitate registration or connection to the Website, the Customer can use the "Facebook Connect & Google Connect" option.
4.3 Stiqq BV allows customers to create a customer account to facilitate placing orders on the Website. This registration is optional but spares the Customer from re-entering their data for each Order.
4.4 Creating a customer account requires the surname, first name, and email address of the Customer.
4.5 The Customer guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.
4.6 Stiqq BV may delete the Customer's Account at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability.
Placing an Order
4.7 The Customer may place an order on the Website for any Product available and in stock.
4.8 A summary screen will appear with all the details of the selected Products before the Order is finalized, allowing the Customer to verify and correct any errors.
4.9 The Order will be effective only once the price including VAT has been paid in full, and the General Terms and Conditions are accepted via the checkbox system.
Confirmation of the Order
4.10 Once the Order is placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with all Order details, including the price paid, delivery charges, and delivery information.
4.11 The Customer formally accepts email as the means for Order confirmation.
4.12 Stiqq BV reserves the right to withdraw any Product from the Website, replace or modify any content, and refuse to process an Order after confirmation, especially if stock is unavailable.
4.13 Stiqq BV expressly prohibits the use of its Website by companies and reserves the right to refuse orders exceeding the needs of a consumer.
ARTICLE 5 - PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
5.1 Prices on the Website are in euros, including VAT, but exclude shipping costs.
5.2 The prices applied are those indicated on the Website at the time the Order is registered.
5.3 The payable amount corresponds to the amount on the summary page before validating the Order.
ARTICLE 6 - EXECUTION OF THE ORDER
6.1 In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
sealed food products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened.

Therefore:
6.2 The Customer may only exercise the right of withdrawal if he Products are unopened or the packaging is intact and sealed. 
6.3 The withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery.
6.4 The Customer must notify STIQQ via email before returning the Products.
6.5 Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
7.1 Returns are only accepted if Products are unopened, Packaging is intact, Products are returned within 14 days after notification. 
7.2 Once received and inspected, STIQQ will issue a refund within 14 days.
7.3 No refund will be made if the product has been opened, the packaging is damaged, the product is no longer suitable for resale. 
ARTICLE 8 – DEFECTS / NON-CONFORMITY
8.1 In case of damaged or defective products, the Customer must contact STIQQ within 48 hours after delivery.
8.2 Proof (photos) may be requested.
8.3 If confirmed, STIQQ may replace the product, or refund the product
ARTICLE 9 – STORAGE AND USE
9.1 Products must be stored according to instructions on the packaging.
9.2 After opening, products must be consumed within the indicated time (e.g. 15 days refrigerated under 6°) 
9.3 STIQQ shall not be held liable for improper storage or use.

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY
10.1 STIQQ shall not be held liable for improper use of the Products, failure to follow storage instructions, allergic reactions not related to labeling compliance 

10.2 The Customer is responsible for checking ingredients and allergens.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the STIQQ brand (name, visuals, packaging, content) remain the exclusive property of STIQQ.
ARTICLE 12 – DATA PROTECTION
Customer data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall preferably be resolved amicably. Failing that, Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction.
