What is Stiqq?
Stiqq is a delicious savoury gluten-free bar designed as a real alternative to bread.
Made of oats, chia, seeds and nuts, it's super easy to eat and take everywhere.
It's not a snack. It's not a biscuit.
It's a revolutionary new way to eat supporting a healthy and dynamic lifestyle.
What are the ingredients
Ingredients: Oat flakes*, chia seeds*, currants*, cashew nuts*, canola oil*, chestnut flour*, flaxseeds*, sunflower seeds*, pumpkin seeds*, Hério Atlantic sea salt from the island of Noirmoutier, nutritional yeast extract*, soluble tapioca fibre*, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin*, dried herbs* (thyme and oregano), rosemary extract*.

How do you eat Stiqq?
You can eat it straight out of the pack: it's good as is.
Or you can toast it for (3–5 min) in a toaster or Airfyer : and then, BOOM it's insane!
You can eat it:
- with butter, cheese, tapenade or spreads
- try with some honey or figue jam!
- try with some avocado, and herbs...
Is it a snack or a meal?
Both.
It replaces:
- bread
- a quick lunch
- a healthy snack
When should I eat it?

Does it contain sugar?
There is no added sugar. However there is a slight natural sweet tate thanks to the Chesnut flour and the Corinth raisins. One Stiqq bar contains only 2,4g of sugar. An average cereal bar contains between 9 and 15 grams of sugar.
Is it Organic, Gluten-Free, Vegan?
All of it. ;-)
Does it contain allergens?
Check if needed our ingredient list for your specific situation. The only EU potential alergen we use are Cashew Nuts.
How should I store Stiqq?
Store in a cool, dry place.
After opening:
keep refrigerated and consume within 15 days.
How do you do to keep Stiqq without conservatives?
We worked extremely hard to get there. It was a mission statement to reach a 6 months conservation without adding conservatives and fully organic. We could reach this by a combination of a special production process and a special packaging. That's why there is a small patch in every fesh box. That's an oxygen scavenger. The iron inside this patch removes all oxygen out of the freshpack. This blocks the growth of potential bacteries or yeasts.
Why “Not bread. Better.”?
Because bread hasn’t evolved.
On the contrary. Industrials have forced flour to contain more and more gluten. Easier for them, but worse for you.
Stiqq is:
- more practical
- more nutritious
- doesn't give you sugar spikes or crahses
- more adapted to modern life (although strangely more composed of what our ancestors woudl eat)
- And so DAMN GOOD !
Why did you create Stiqq?
Because:
I feel much better, more clearer without gluten and most “healthy” products are either boring or fake.
We wanted something real, simple, and DAMN GOOD!.
Why : “We feed heroes” ?
It's linked partially to our personal story. We went through a moment were we needed extreme resilience with our family.
And we discovered a lot of people fight in silence.
It’s not about athletes.
It’s about people who:
- move
- build
- keep going
- have their fight nobody sees or knows
But all of them diserve the best fuel for their specific WHY.
Why is it more expensive than bread?
Because it’s not bread.
Bread got cheap.
Cheap ingredients.
Cheap nutrition.
Cheap impact.
Stiqq didn’t follow that path.

Where are your products manufactured?
We produce in Belgium in a lovely famliy owned company.
When will I get my order?
We ship on Working days, All orders made before noon are shipped the same day. For Belgium, Luxemburg and The Netherlands, delivery is mostly within 1 or 2 days. France, Germany, Austria and Denmark 2-3 days.
